About Us
Every brewer in the United States needs hops, and every hop grower in the United States needs brewers, and each of those entities need hop processors. These three entities are inextricably linked and share the common goal of ensuring a sustainable quality supply of US hops. The HRC helps to ensure this this goal is met by:
- » Soliciting funds for scientific investigation and research related to the agricultural production and quality of hops in the United States; and to
- » Serve the needs of all segments of the hop industry by maintaining a membership which covers the entire industry and by supporting research that meets the needs of its members; and to
- » Facilitate communication between the council, brewers, growers, hop dealers, and the scientific community.
